Confetti & Petals

The tradition of throwing confetti at the end of a wedding started with handfuls of grain. This was said to give the couple fertility as the other seeds fell on the Bride and Groom.

Now we still follow the tradition of throwing confetti as well as using it on table centres.

You may want to use real petals, fresh petals, paper or fabric petals, but they can still create stunning effects.

Finish them with making your own paper cones from mulberry paper in a basket or trug, ready for your guests to throw.
