All orders are subject to a delivery charge and for all UK mainland these will be:
Up to 2kg in weight - £3.95
2kg - 5kg in weight - £5.95
over 5kg in weight - £7.95
Price for deliveries outside the UK will be calculated on checkout based on the weight of the parcel using Royal Mail Airmail Costs.
The website will automatically calculate the weight of the products in your basket and give the delivery cost at the checkout.
Our orders are either sent by Royal Mail parcel post or the Hermes courier service. You will keep you informed of your delivery along the way and will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. The delivery time can range from 1- 14 working days. If your order is coming by Hermes we will e-mail you at the time of dispatch with your tracking reference number so you can track your order status on their website.
Personalised items come direct from the manufacturer and have a lead of up to 14 days. We can offer an express service for personalised items, but please ring for details and costs.
All bespoke orders for Orangery Bespoke and also Jewellery products will be subject to further delivery times due to bespoke creation of products which are all made to order. Please allow up to 28 days for these items. We will of course contact you with the progress of these orders along the way.
A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. If we are unable to deliver they will leave a card stating how to rearrange delivery.
Original P&P is non-refundable, where free carriage has been applicable we reserve the right to charge the carriage that would have been due if the total order value once the returns have been accepted falls below £50.00. Full refunds, including delivery charges, will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error.
Please note: You are held responsible for posting the goods back to us for a refund/exchange at your own expense; we do NOT currently offer free returns. We also recommend that you should obtain compensation insurance if the contents exceed £20 in value.
When notification is receieved later that 7 working days we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge.
