Delivery Information

All orders are subject to a delivery charge and for all UK mainland these will be:

Up to 100g in weight - £1.50
101g to 1kg in weight - £2.95
1kg to 2kg in weight - £3.95
2kg to 5kg in weight - £6.95
5kg to 10kg in weight - £7.95
over 10kg in weight - £9.95

Price for deliveries outside the UK will be calculated on checkout based on the weight of the parcel using Royal Mail Airmail Costs.

The website will automatically calculate the weight of the products in your basket and give the delivery cost at the checkout.

Other than next day and international orders, our orders are sent by Hermes courier service. You will keep you informed of your delivery along the way and will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. The usual delivery time is 3-7 working days unless the item is persoanlised where the delivery time may be slightly longer. We will e-mail you at the time of dispatch with your tracking reference number if available so you can track your order status on their website. We can offer an express service for personalised items, but please ring for details and costs.

A signature may be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. If we are unable to deliver they will leave a card stating how to rearrange delivery.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order you must notify us immediately by either by email or by logging into your account and pressing the return button from within your order history, so you can return the order provided we receive the item/s within 14 working days of delivery complete with the original and undamaged packaging and with the delivery note. Items that are exempt from these terms include food products, bespoke jewellery, bespoke bouquets, personalised items or perishable goods.

For UK orders only the original P&P will be refunded should the entire order be returned in its orginal condition. Full refunds, including delivery charges, will be given if any item purchased is proven faulty or has been sent as a result of our error.
Please note: You are held responsible for posting the goods back to us for a refund/exchange at your own expense; we do NOT currently offer free returns. We also recommend that you should obtain compensation insurance if the contents exceed £20 in value.

When notification is received later that 14 working days we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge.

If a discount coupon has been used on the order you are returning items from, we reserve the right to charge full price for the purchased items should the total order value falls below the minimum order value required for the coupon.  


If you wish to cancel before the items are dispatched just e-mail as soon as you possible. If we are unable to stop the delivery, then the best thing to do is for you to refuse to accept the delivery when it arrives. Just tell the carrier to return it to us. Items that cannot be cancelled include food products, bespoke jewellery, bespoke bouquets, personalised items or perishable goods. As soon as we get it back to our warehouse, we will refund you for ordered items, but not any delivery costs incurred.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that any goods arrive damaged, faulty or are incorrect you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the items either by email and we will advise how we correct your order. Please quote your order number, name and address at the time of contact, so we can locate your order easily.
